Rooms were good but reception staff needs more training. It look like that they work on assumptions ( they assumed that the booking is for a single person, they assumed that taxi is booked without luggage, they assumed that the customer are aware how to operate TV without a remote etc, etc, etc. If you are booking a taxi service from them, make sure to get them to confirm whether they have understood the requirements or not. They don't have the acumen to ask it themselves. On a positive note, breakfast was very good and the rooms were good too.

We booked this hotel in India during our flights from Nepal-India-Dubai-Chicago. Our stay was from Nov 6 to 7, and we actually had a 13-hour layover in India, so we booked a hotel. The issue arose when we couldn't access terminal 3, where the hotel is located, without a boarding pass. When we approached the desk for the pass, we were informed they only start issuing it at midnight, considering our morning flight on the next day. Personally, I want to thank the airport staff for their assistance, especially in light of our baby's presence. They helped us obtain the boarding pass. Without our baby, accessing the hotel terminal would have been challenging, if not almost impossible. While I appreciate the staff's help, there is a need for a change in the system. If this issue isn't addressed, I may reconsider booking a hotel to avoid risking my money. Apart from that, the hotel and food were excellent, and the customer service was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Of Inn express in New Delhi, and I was very impressed. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the Karelian pies. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Inn express , and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in New Delhi. I love this place.

I would say worst service. I had a 7 hours lay over. I tried for a room. But they are giving rooms to every nationals except me. They served me a spa seat which does not operational. The space was dark, ac was not in good mode, wifi does not work. Even wifi signal gone! We are ready to pay and we are paying for services. We did not ask it for free! Giving 3000 RS and after that, not getting a single bill from an international chain hotel like you is not acceptable. Low professionalism.

I had to be up early for a flight so I stayed the night at the Holiday Inn. Everything went very well! The room was very comfortable and updated. Two things: the bed sheets could have been cleaner, and please include going to the first check-in in the instructions. It would make it easier. Thank you!

This was the first time i choose to stay at an IHG property and I couldn't stop myself from writing this review. I had the best experience at your hotel I and my family members normally visit USA twice a year and it is very difficult for us to pass out our time at the airport and we become so restless. But this time i came to know about Holiday Inn Express at the airport and thought to give it a try as i had a flight in the morning and i was travelling with my 2.5 year old grandson and wife. We stayed their for a night first of all the staff that accompanied us from the gate to the hotel was so nice. Than when we went to hotel the front desk guy Saranshh he was so kind, quick and helpful. He briefed us about all the details like wifi, in room dinning etc. without asking. He has really good guest service skills i must say. Than we ordered some simple indian food dal roti because of kid travelling along with us and that simple food was alsoo so so so yum and the in room service guy Rahul was so quick and nice to us. Than during the time of check-out Saranshh has been so helpful he himself called a guy to drop us till the check-in counter. Really liked that he took all care of our stay. Value for money must say. I'll recommend to all my friends and family. Than the guy who carried our luggage droped us and guided us all way. Really Happy with your service.

I've used this hotel 4 times now while between flights in Delhi. Though getting through the Indian security checks can be a bit daunting, a hotel employee is with you to make things go smoothly. The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet, and the restaurant has good choices for a meal. Upon leaving the property, a hotel employee walks you down to check in and waits to see that you don't encounter any problems before you enter passport control. Everyone at this hotel has always been welcoming and friendly. On my last visit Anand was particularly nice. When I appeared at the contact desk in the main terminal, he said he'd been waiting for me and remembered me from my last visit.

Impossible to find. No signs. No one at a very large airport knows where it is. Not even the Information Desk! When I finally found it after 1 hour of looking the room had no windows and the air conditioner did not work. So where is it? In the very back left corner of the international departures hall. Small, basically unmarked desk next to an overhead sign that says NO ENTRY - STAFF ONLY. And it's behind where they store all the baggage carts. The people staffing the desk are airport employees wearing light blue airport uniforms - the same uniforms as other employees who I asked and had no idea where the airport is. What makes it worse is that they want you to have a boarding pass for your flight. But I was flying Turkish Air and the airport desk only opens 4 hrs before the flight. But I was 7 hours ahead of my flight - which is why I wanted the hotel! They said they'd take a mobile boarding pass - but it is an international flight, which often means no boarding pass. When I finally convinced them I actually had a flight, an employee of the airport had to take me to the hotel. Which is through a STAFF ENTRY corridor, upstairs, and behind a set of utility doors that are completely unmarked or painted. It looks like you could be walking into a utility closet. All that said, I'm not sure this is Holiday Inn's fault or the airport.
