Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City, and it's safe to say that my stay was far from pleasant. The most glaring issue during my visit was the incredibly cramped and uncomfortable room. The room I was given felt more like a closet than a hotel room, with hardly any space to move around freely. It was immediately evident that the room had been designed with no consideration for guest comfort or convenience. The layout was poorly thought out, making it nearly impossible to walk around, especially when factoring in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it was equally minuscule and cramped. The shower space was tiny, and the overall design made it challenging to use comfortably. Clearly, no thought had been put into creating a relaxing and functional space for guests. The bed, while providing a decent night's sleep, was the only redeeming feature in the room. However, this alone does not make up for the overall lack of comfort and space. I expect a certain level of quality and comfort from a well-known hotel chain like Holiday Inn, and this particular branch failed to meet those expectations. In addition to the room size and layout issues, the lack of adequate amenities and services further contributed to my dissatisfaction. The overall experience left me feeling trapped in a cramped box, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ultimately, my stay at Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City was marked by frustration and disappointment. If you value your comfort and space while traveling, I strongly advise considering other accommodation options in the Hitec City area.

I stayed in Holiday Inn for about 7 days and here's how I found it: Pros - - Very well maintained and friendly staff priyanka - Complementary breakfast has a lot of variety. Other than normal meal they also have juices, fruits, toasts etc. - Room cleaning and room service facilities are done regularly and properly. - Laundry and dry cleaning services are amazing. - Gym is small but having good enough equipments to work out if you're on a trip. However at a time may get too crowded for 3 or more people. Cons - Overall my experience was very good,

1.Economical hotel suitable for business trip. 2. The room check in will take you for 25 min. Average 3. The rooms are kind of reasonably okay. 4. The breakfast they serve is reasonably okay. (Will meet your hunger). 5. The location is strategic as it attracts the customers since it is in the HITEC city.

However at a time may get too crowded for 3 or more people. Cons - - I found some of the in-room dishes not very well cooked. (Also this is paid, so if you order anything you have to pay for these dishes, On an average the dishes cost go from 250-550 INR) Overall my experience was pleasant, would have been better if in room dishes would have been well cooked, rest all was fine!

Had a lovely stay at hotel. Room was bit small but neat and clean. Good for solo trip. The staffs were very humble and helpful. Mr. Pratik in housekeeping was very well behaved and did a good job of cleaning and maintaining the room.

Today I checked in for 5 nights stay. Day 1: It's worst food in Dinner buffed which I had in last many years. There service staff was not able to answered that it was procured from a cloud kitchen it means may from a locall jhuggi nearby or a street vendor or it may be a last week leftover food from any hotel. I have to stay here for few more days due to some unfortunate reasons so I will keep posting here for next few days also. But my serious recommendation as per day 1 observation is to stay away from this place because the food is unpredictable and no body will be answerable here that what is appearing to you is pure, fresh and real. And you can imagine yourself. I had vomitted 3 times after dinner and that was also very light. The food when I saw in serving was half burnt and had got a black layer from top and staff said that.. sir it's just top layer... Unbelievable. May be they had procured the the leftover food of construction labour working in front of their hotel. Service: it was good, staff was cooperative Room size: it was very small but can be acceptable as it's express hotel which I came to know just after check in and I had shifted my guest to other hotel.

I stayed here 6 nights. It was very wonderful experience specially during morning breakfast ambience was amazing. Thanks Priyanka for your wonderful and polite behaviour. Love to visit again

Rooms are nice though small.Good for business tours. Breakfast menu was good and well spread in small space . Especially, Priyanka Ma'am provided assistanceto guests during Breakfast. Quiet ambience, good location. House keeping should provide towels, napkins, shaving kits in rooms. Cleanliness to be maintained especially with Sanitary fittings.
