I wanted to give huge shout out to Ashish Anand who made my parents stay very comfortable. THANK YOU so much. My Parents were give a room on 10th floor , they were assisted with luggage which was a great help and with transfer from hotel to railway station . This hotel is clean , good for short vacations , business trips etc. Complimentary breakfast is good as well. Sapna - thank you for serving hot tea to my parents which was greatly appreciated. Staff paid extra attention to senior citizen which shows great customer care/service. Thanks again .

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while it had some positive aspects, there were some significant drawbacks that I cannot overlook. First and foremost, the hotel's price is on the higher side, and one would naturally expect a certain level of comfort and convenience for that premium cost. Unfortunately, during my stay, the lift (elevator) was out of order, which made getting to my room on one of the higher floors quite an arduous task, especially with luggage in tow. This inconvenience was particularly frustrating after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings. Moreover, I noticed that this wasn't a new issue, as some other guests seemed equally frustrated by the non-functional lift. On the bright side, the hotel's staff members were friendly and attentive. They tried their best to assist with carrying luggage and were apologetic about the lift situation. Additionally, the room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to rest. While I appreciate the efforts made by the staff and the room's condition, the non-functional lift was a significant letdown. For the premium price charged, one would expect that such a fundamental aspect of guest convenience would be properly maintained. In conclusion, I find it challenging to recommend this hotel to others, especially given the high price and recurring issue with the lift. If you're considering staying here, I would advise inquiring about the status of the lift beforehand to avoid any surprises and inconveniences during your stay. Hopefully, the management will address this problem to improve the overall guest experience.

I stayed for one night at this Hotel last during second week of Sept 2023. This Holiday Inn had the smallest room in all the Holiday Inns that I have stayed in the past 20 odd years. At the foot of the bed, there was hardly two feet of space to go to the other side of the bed. along the sides of the bed also it was about two/three feet space. I did stay at three different Holiday Inn Expresses, in Asia, this past few months. The rooms there were much bigger and comfortable than this one. The toilet space (independent of bathroom) and the bathroom spaces are very crammed up. The breakfast was from 0600 Hrs. I was at the breakfast area at about 0640 Hrs and I had to point out the staff that there was no stuffed paratha in the container for same (Understood that this was not cooked and they just started cooking same). The idly placed on the breakfast line was very cold and not fully cooked. This was also brought to the attention of the staff concerned and that is when they started the steamer for the idly. The staff were polite and good.

This hotel has 205 rooms and all are of max 50 sft in size. They have the lavatory and bath area as separate arrangements and they are just the size of a person who does not need to move size would be like 6 sft maximum. The wash basin is open and very close to the bed. If the tap flows strong it spreads the water everywhere. After a bath you will find the water pouring into the room. The price I had paid is INR 6500 per night. I had a plan of 11 nights but had left after staying 3 nights.

Small but new and well maintained rooms. Good housekeeping. Front desk less the front desk manager are pretty clueless. Good food and staff in the restaurant. Beautiful view especially in monsoons from the higher floors. Decent fitness equipment and a small swimming pool. Area still developing so nice and quiet.

small rooms with zero comfort no space to walk. Congested bathroom and toilet seperately It's like kennel in name of hotel,no wardrobes, no place to eat. Train toilets are better than this. after handover key in check out time the reception guy wear spects show his rude face. Please train to him how to behave guests. absolutely pathetic and zero value for money. They don't even do room service. There is hardly space to breathe. Please don't waste your money. Look for some other good property.

Had a pleasant stay in this property for a week's time during my travel. Location of this hotel is within reachable limit and campus is inside a mall. Rooms were pretty small and but food and service are good. Thanks to the hospitality, special mention to Mr.Sandeep Tiwari for his politeness.

This hotel is wonderfully clean and comfortable. The food is good and has a nice variety. There is a laundry room available to the guest. The staff is wonderful. Security has helped talk to Uber drivers who are blocks away and convinced them to pick up me and my luggage. Sunil was wonderful. He helped me with my language barrier and questions about the area in general. He helped when he was on and off duty. I have his contact in case I have issues. This was very comforting as I am struggling. Every member of staff has been helpful and kind.
