We had an absolutely amazing time at Holiday inn express. The rooms were good and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was Good, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable( especially front desk guys like Nagraj and Kamal..ect) . Nothing was too much trouble I can't fault the place and will definitely go back.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Chennai. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Chennai OMR in Thoraipakkam and was thoroughly impressed with several aspects of my visit. The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The staff's behavior was exceptional, as they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The amenities, including the hygiene and parking facility, were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, I do believe there is room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the food. While the overall experience was great, I found that the food did not quite meet the same high standards as the other aspects of my stay. I hope that in the future, the establishment can work on enhancing their culinary offerings to match the excellence found elsewhere. Despite this minor concern, I would still highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Chennai OMR in Thoraipakkam for a pleasant and convenient stay."

From check in to check out, it was a wonderful experience. Well furnished rooms with very comfortable pillows. Good city view. Good spread of buffet. All was very well. A special thanks to Mr. Nagraj for his services which were so spontaneous. Would surely come back!!!!

I enjoyed an excellent experience during my current stay here. There are easily, many reasons that I can cite for making my stay a delightful and comfortable experience. The rooms are kept clean and the housekeeping staff have kept it scrupulously tidy, vacuuming it regularly and ensuring that I am kept comfortable and clean. I must mention the services rendered by Sohail, Bawani, and Arulraj, among others. I have also been delighted to be served by the Dining Staff who have been kind, courteous and helpful. Mahendran and Anjana in the Restaurant have been special, not forgetting all who stand and serve there. The Front Office Team have been so helpful and I cannot name them all. They have all been so gracious and kind, but must thank Nagraj who has more than once, assisted me in so many ways, Thank You so much. I have referred this hotel to my friends and colleagues, and will definitely stay in this property, whenever I come to Chennai. Thank You everyone at Holiday Inn Express, Chennai. I am grateful.

Had an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn, from the well cleaned and luxurious rooms, courteous staff , excellent amenities, complimentary breakfast and the service. The hotel is also located at a very convenient location, near to the main road. One of the best budget hotels I have stayed of late.

Good for solo travellers for short trips without much luggage. Very compact rooms. The window openings were too small. I felt a little claustrophobic. No place to hang clothes. Even if you ignore the compactness, one thing that I could not accept was that you could hear sounds from neighbouring rooms. Every time they closed the door in next room, you could feel the thud sound. The sound proofing in rooms is not good. That is not acceptable. However, the rooms were clean. Amenities like Gym are good. Food was decent. Service was good.

Nice and comfortable rooms and suitable for short visits. The food options were plenty and the dining area was also good. But there is a significant room for improvement in the food quality and presentation.
