This hotel survives only due to its location, do not expect anything at all... The rooms are smaller than Harry Potter's cupboard, with the washroom and basin being a part of the bedroom. The location however is super convenient... Only use as a last resort and if budget is constraint, as a transit point at best.

Clean and tidy rooms. Clean linen. Rooms are tiny. Just enough to move around. No chairs, no tables, no wardrobe. Wash basin is in the bedroom. Breakfast spread is not very impressive, so is the buffet dinner. Overall, I think it is an expensive place for the services they offer.

Had a dreadful experience here with receptionist charging more than what was mentioned for a corporate booking. Me & my team had to check in at 3 am & the receptionist did not seem to have proper knowledge on the check-in procedure. He was unnecessarily dragging the process, being rude & continuously mentioning that he has to check with the manager for all our questions. He was not even ready to show us the cost breakdown of our own bill. The rooms are very very crumpled & tiny. It was too suffocating. Will never recommend/visit this place again.

Rooms are super small compared to pictures. It's a very compact hotel, with very limited space. Can be okay for maximum one night in transit. Not worth 5k per room per night at all. Breakfast is also very limited. Not a lot of pros. Parking is difficult and place is hard to locate. It's a very tiny hotel, similar to college hostels.

Keep in mind that the name of the place has 'Express' in it. So it's not a fully fledged Holiday Inn that you think it is. More like an economy version. Rooms are really really small. Bathrooms are somehow adjusted into the rooms with vents directed into the room itself. The place also had a lot of bed bugs. Other than this the location is very accessible with a metro at walkable distances. The staff are friendly and the food is decent.

Value for money . Quite surprisingly this part of Yeshwantpur is changing fast and has great potential to compete with foreign countries. Very tall buildings and Shopping areas are making this part of Tumkur road different from other congested areas of Bangalore. So, This hotel is in good upcoming location with good access. Cons: Management Need to work closely with neighbouring apartments and business societies in elevating status of this area. Improve cleanliness near metro station.Proper traffic management to enable safe crossing of people on to opposite side of roads. Coordinating with govt agencies to look at these issues is definitely going to give Bangalore a jewel in the crown .

Shikha is the best.. very polite, helpful and charming with a smile always, Sagar also is good. All staff are very polite and cooperative and always there to attend your requirement. Everything is good, food needs to be added with some more spices Location good, rooms are ultra cleaned

Rooms are very congested and does not even have the bare minimum facilities that you would expect from a brand like Holiday Inn. Toilets and shower are is soo tiny and not clean. Breakfast was also of poor quality. For the amount being charged, it is no way near to expectation. Had a very bad experience all together.
