Tiny rooms Customer service is alright, not great. For example during my stay in Aug, I requested to extend my check out time. The staff made a big deal about it. I was willing to pay whatever was needed, but still, it could have been handled better. The food is decent.

Regrettably, my stay at Holiday Inn fell short of expectations. The rooms felt cramped, and the overall value for money was lacking. The dining experience was disappointing with frozen and ready-to-eat items on the menu. They don't prepare any food and they don't have a dedicated kitchen. Moreover, staff interactions were marred by arrogance, and concerns were not addressed. A disappointing experience with Holiday Inn

The Worst Stay Ever. To begin with we had a harrowing experience on the day of checkout. We had kept our luggage at the hotel and for which tag was provided to us, so that when we come back in the evening we can collect it showing the same. As soon as we were back in the evening and asked for our luggage. The people at the reception were clueless. Due to some luck the driver who had shuttled some other hotel guest called back and mentioned that he had taken our luggage. Now imagine if we had come in late and would have missed our train for sure. How careless of the hotel management, we expect better responsibility. The solution they provided was to book bus tickets and get our stuff couriered. No thanks to Holiday Inn or staff for providing no viable solution or no proper response for the harassment we went through at that time. Thankfully our organization acted quickly and asked us to take the company cab and contacted the cab driver who had our luggage to meet midway and then drop us. Any which way, the stay was pathetic with such a big brand. As the rooms are tiny, no cupboards, food or breakfast provided at the hotel is pathetic. The Worst part is they have carpets which I think are not cleaned in ages as the room was stinking due to the same. The only solution housekeeping provided was to spray some room freshener, which is not a lasting solution. The only positive is the location and if you have your office nearby, else please look out for other hotels.

Honestly i didn't like the experience I had due to many reasons. It would be good only if you want to stay overnight. Good Experience: 1. Ample Parking Space. 2. Outside food is allowed. 3. Nicely decorated. 4. Overall cleanliness. Bad Experience: 1. During check-in i got a horrible room, whose AC wasn't working, toilet handle wasn't there, toilet was leaking water, etc etc. After multiple request room was changed which shouldn't have happened in the first place. 2. Rooms are very small and the windows don't open by design so it ends up being feeling suffogated at times. 3. The Toilets exhaust are really not there. 4. During Room cleaning one has to move out because there is literally no space for you sit somewhere within the room. 5. Breakfast service was always horrible. During peak times the refills for dishes won't happen at time and you end up not able to have them. I felt there wasn't adequate staff to handle this properly. 6. I personally didn't like the taste of food as well and used to have fruits and idly for lack of taste or freshness with any of the other dishes.

The rooms are very small, and you will feel cramped. Overall, it's not that good for me. The price is also expensive when compared with other hotels. Not recommended

Decent place for an overnight stay - compact rooms and reasonable service. You could find better rooms for the same price if location isn't a constraints. This one is more of a no frills hotel at decent price.

Absolutely pathetic experience. The rooms are extremely tiny. No table, no cupboard, no chair. The sink and the bathroom literally are next to the beds. The breakfast is stale and inedible. They don't have a kitchen for making anything. Truly a blotch on the holiday inn series of hotels and one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Don't even think of getting your family or a room mate here.

Overall Experience was good. However as the room was compact with no work desk, no lunch table or no wardrobe, it was not as convenient as expected. Though the location was very convenient as the place I had to visit was just 20 minutes away (considering Bangalore's traffic). Room was well maintained. Since it was for just a day a daytime stay, it was manageable.
