Love staying here. Cute hotel connected to a mall, which makes it a fun stay always. However, the reason for coming back again and again is the wonderful staff here. Each and everyone, be it at the restaurant or front desk or housekeeping, are so friendly and helpful. They go out of the way to help out and make our stay comfortable. Many s times I just come here for the food, and even early in the morning for breakfast even when I'm not staying. Delicious food and great service at the restaurant.

courteous staff makes me come back every visit of mine. Any staff who crosses your path would check how your stay is and if we need anything? Mr. Arvind, Duty Manager was more helpful and upgraded my stay too, what more we could ask for? Food quality has improved compared to my initial stays, staff friendlinesss to increasing steadily. would want to appreciate Mr. Sukumar at restaurant for his attentive service for me

Stayed there for a business purpose. Since it was nearest & decent property to the work location. Just on Old Madras highway, easy to locate. Little remote location but worked for me. Have an adjacent shopping mall for evenings or movies after hectic schedule. Breakfast served was fresh and staff was attentive. I can say every staff from reception to restaurant or housekeeping were cooperative and humble. Sufficient room space for one or two. Washrooms in the rooms were clean but could be more clean. Gym to keep you healthy. Neat and clean rooms. Comfy beds, clean beddings and a good tv for entertainment & wifi. A good open area at reception and corridors. An in house bar was a plus.

Ambience is very good, room and restaurant is well maintained. I had long stay for office related work. All the Sales, Front desk and Restaurant staff is co-operative and awesome in their services. Special thanks to Mr. Durjoy for making our booking and timely changes very promptly. Since long stay we always get the choice food as per our requirement. Alamin and all the Restaurant staff are very friendly and made us comfortable and always meets our choice of food and service.

The place is located near to hoskote toll, with in banglore city limit. This place is accessible to airport and then to industrial area near malur and kolar Hotel is clubbed with a mall which have supermarket and few eateries My stay was comfortable, staff were helpfull and breakfast is delicious. Will recommend the stay here :)

The food here is terrible. We were here for a business meeting and I had the worst stomach infection after eating here. To add to it, I was in no state to even go get my medicines so I requested the staff at the front desk, and they very unempathetically declined saying they cannot arrange it. Terrible. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

We had dinner at the "Great Room " with the family members. We are not happy with the number and quality of starters. We also not happy with the number and quality of desert. Overall 3/5

The place has Great Room for improvement Overall Buffets are what you would expect from a typical hotel restraunt. The vibe is corporate and food is generally good. The place feels a little less maintained and can be turned into a excellent hotel with little effort.
