Had a very good stay experience. Ms. Rachel and Mr. Pritish from the front office were very courteous. Pool was clean and nice. Gym is very well equipped. Breakfast was very good and had a wide spread. Service in the restaurant during dinner time can be more accurate and faster. Overall a very nice experience.

I always enjoy staying at this property whenever I visit Chennai for a business trip. The front desk officers are very friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and made me comfortable after my long flight. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The housekeeping staff is very attentive and responsive. The highlight of the hotel is Cafe G, which serves delicious food be it breakfast or dinner. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, such as North Indian, and South Indian with a blend of continental, etc. I especially loved the idli's uttapam, dosas, and starters for dinner. The staff at Cafe G is very courteous and professional. They always checked on me and made sure I had everything I needed. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the loud music and hygiene in the gym. I would suggest that the hotel should keep anti-infection wipes for guests to clean the gym equipment after use. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars. It is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to experience great hospitality and quality service. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

1. There was electrical failure throughout one of the three nights I stayed. Due to AC failure and no window, it was hot and I couldn't sleep. Due to lack of sleep, I had a hard time concentrating on work and presentations at office. 2. The parking is way below the mark for a hotel that charges this high and claims to be 5-star. They have only valet parking, no self parking. My car came back with dust windows every time, including bird poop on one occasion. The reception maintained that it's covered parking, but I heard from some staff that it's open. 3. Breakfast spread was good. Restaurant good quality is good.

I had an awful experience in the hotel. No proper training given to reception staff. All staff will give you back answers stating these are the rules followed by the hotel. No empathy towards the customer. Never ever the in-room staff will send the food in 35 min. If you want to save the time and run for the flight quickly also you need to wait in the reception for nice 5 min even after informing them to keep the papers ready for the check out before leaving the room. Once you are done with check out you will be asked to wait for the cab. Such an awful experience from reception staff and in-room dinning staff. No sympathy for anyone who is ill also.

We had corporate lunch in the hotel, the ambiance was good. I would like to mention special thanks to Amit, without whom the whole event wouldn't have been possible. Thank you Amit & team for hosting us and made us enjoy the meal.

I am learning swimming in The Holiday Inn. Really satisfied with the facilities and maintenance. The pool, rest area, washroom, towels everything is maintained neatly. The staff and valet parking are courteous and very friendly. Happy to use their services .

Rooms and gallery are spacious. Service is ok ok. Buffet spread is good with limited or no live counter. NO steam/sauna. Pool available. 5th floor is smoking floor. ( please be careful if you are non smoker) its like you can't even breathe properly on this floor and rooms. Be cautious. Staff available are ready to help. Which is a plus point. In room dinning is bit over priced.

Great central location. We rented a meeting room for work purposes. The room was $4k per day. They brought coffee and snacks daily. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They put our names on the screen, welcoming our 40 person group. The lunch buffet was nice. On Sundays it was extra special, coffee shop in lobby wasn't open or didn't have an employee taking orders. We did have roaches in the room one weekend, but they were quickly handled. The wifi was strong. We were welcomed to the hotel daily, which was nice. The security is nicely supported when cars arrive and the scan bags. It was a nice place.
