As mentioned earlier, restaurant managers are biased, they only smile or greet foreigners. Else they just wonder around the restaurant as if they own the place. So please train them.

I had an amazing experience during my stay! It is my favourite hotel in Bangalore. Staff members are very friendly and attentive to the clients needs.Payel who works there is very hospitable and make us feel very welcoming I absolutely love breakfast here, especially fresh juices and fruits.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Race Course, I found everything to be impeccable and enjoyed a comfortable experience. However, on the day of checkout, I regrettably left behind my newly purchased shirt in the room. Upon approaching the reception desk for assistance, they immediately denied any knowledge of it. Despite my persistent efforts over the course of two days to retrieve my shirt by continuously following up with their staff members, I was informed that it was not located within their premises..I know that my shirt was left there but no one agreed to give me my shirt. These are the small insidious things that build a trust with your customers so that if you go somewhere and someone forgets an important thing, you don't have to worry. Very heartbroken Holiday Inn

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Race Course, situated in the heart of sylvan surroundings of Bengaluru. This was infact my fifth stay at this star category property. I found the guest rooms very clean, hygenic, well-equipped with amenities and maintained in a very professional way. I take this opportunity to mention the admirable hospitability of well trained hotel staff right from the front desk reception, in-room dining, house keeping, to the Cafe-G lounge. The hotel staff are very well groomed, well behaved and professionally trained. I would like to revisit this property again to avail the stay and enjoy the hospitality service here, in future. I have stayed in almost all various categories of their rooms available to guests including their premium suites. I am proud to be their club member and I hope, to maintain this beautiful cordial relation with them lifetime. I would also love to recommend this hotel to my friends and family and to anyone who are reading this review. Location is great...view of the race course from the room was also awesome. However..the rooms are pretty small. The breakfast buffet was also satisfactory..good variety/choices offered. My peeve was the AC in the room which seemed to be centrally controlled. I just could not get it to the temperature I wanted. It would just go to 23 or 24 automatically in 5 mins. Otherwise it's a good hotel with reasonable prices

I stayed here for a couple of days. Great food! Lots of variety for both veg and non veg options. Both payel and Aman were very friendly. Great hospitality! The room on the other hand could be cleaner. The water heater wasn't working properly.
