Very nice hotel and staff During breakfast I really appreciated the executive chef's interaction with guests and it was crowded but they really took care of us. The service staff was also good. The buffet spread was nice , waffles were amazing. Thank you
Had a lovely stay here - room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good. We particularly enjoyed the made to order pancakes from the normal chef and Bhutan chef. Would recommend if staying in Agra!
It was our first stay at the Hotel and my family really loved it. Everything, from the reception, the check-in & the welcome note to the breakfast spread, the room service, the pool, in fact the whole stay , was absolutely delightful. The staff was well trained and particularly the staff at the breakfast on all three days was more than welcoming & pleasing. Really fantastic. Specially thanks for Ms. Aakansha from Housekeeping.
Perfect location. Great staff. Lobby bar has food which was great after a day of sightseeing. Kirti was great at breakfast and Ajay served us drinks and food at the lobby bar. It's been a great stay.
Exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the front desk Mr Rennick, has been a great help when I told him about my sickness and limitations his response was exceptional, Kirti from the restaurant a sweet soft spoken girl was as helpful and understanding, my personal recommendation for these two, besides everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied. Service was good here for breakfast. The servers Dimple and kalash were both very helpful while we ate and were prompt to clear our plates and provide anything we needed.
We had a really pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn, the rooms, the food, the service and safety was exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets (shout out to Vishal, who really took care of us during our dinners). I really recommend the hotel, noting that the location is amongst the 'locals' side of Agra vs tourist specific area. Expect that this will mean you are in the heart of all that the city has to offer, music, prayers, lights and and culture. Thanks to the all the location staff.
Room was specious but room had a connecting door to next room , so we could hear other guests voice. Lack of ventilation in bathroom. Breakfast was good. Location is far from tajmahal and you have to go through city traffic to reach tourist place.
