Holiday Beach Resort by Adore - Resort hotel in Velsao, Consua - South Goa, India

This place is haunted. My person advice for all the good people please don't visit this place for your own safety..

Holiday Beach Resort Ambience of resort is too good, awesome, but few villas are sold out to foreign nationals, due to this you may not get exact same rooms available which showing online to book.. Swimming pool is very neet and clean and it has sufficient length and depth as well. It get clean by everyday. Only breakfast served here which carried here from another hotel, The Tree Nova (Owner's another property in cansaulim). No lunch, no dinner served, no Bar facility available. You can order lunch or dinner (fix menu) but it will be carried from The Tree Nova Hotel. As Holiday Beach Resort run by in partnership, no one take initiative of maintenance. No toiletries available in washroom as written at the time of booking. No all satellite channels subscribed to view other than Hindi. No kids channels, no knowledge and informational channels to view. Staff count is very less as equal to nothing. Only one staff runs 24x7 for everything and he is very polite and very helpful.

Best part about this place is its proximity to a beach that is not plagued with the usual crowd. A 2 minute walk from here to the beach. The pool is small but fairly adequate. The rooms are clean and basic with a refrigerator and kitchen counter. The balcony is nice and looks towards the pool and gardens. There a homely atmosphere about this place that is quite enjoyable.

Resort was Awesome !!! Beautiful pool, need swimming suit to jump into , food not available has to travel 5 km to main rd ,morning breakfast they will provide only for superior AC rooms, scooty and airport shuttle they will arrange ,velsao beach is 100-200 mts away ,room is spacious, clean bathroom well maintained property ,if you seek for calm and quite place this is the perfect holiday destination ,colva beach is 16 km away ,sunset beach 8 km away ,airport 12 km away. way to far to travel to north Goa ,would suggest if you stay there enjoy south GoA only. overall had a good time with budget stay.

Very remote location even though very close to beach, property not maintained properly. Even the complementary breakfast wasn't cooked in the resort it was brought from local shop outside the resort. Service was namesake, I asked for drinking water three times but was ignored. service is the most important thing in hospitality industry right?

Nice property but poorly managed. Maybe at the start of low season they care less. The TV and WiFi didn't work in the room. The pool was dirty and they could not provide us with breakfast or even water. We couldn't get any sleep because the room was full of mosquitos. And in the morning no one was there in the reception.

Not equipped with adequate staff. Room was not ready when I arrived at hotel at 2pm. No phone in hotel room, had to go up to reception each time. Unable to lock room from inside. Breakfast was toast with butter and jelly, and coffee or tea or juice. Dirty kitchen.

It's good place to chill out when you are with a group. You will not get much crowd on near beach as it's not commercial yet. Good place if you want to stay away from crowd. Hotel service is not that good you need to go to front desk counter for every small requirement.
