HOHO Goa - Sightseeing Tour Operator in Panaji - North Goa, India

I wasted my 1200/- to see only 2 points in Goa. I had very bad experience with Hoponhop goa. I thought lets take experience of the Goa Government intiative but the quality and work management of team was very poor. We booked on 29th Sept' 23 with full payment. It was very heavy raining outside. I asked the person who arranged my trip but she said that they were operational and no issues with the tour. They told ua about 6-7 points in a day. Provided me time frame of 11.30am to 5.30pm. The pickup point was 1.30km far from my location and i got the "traffic reason" where i need to go to bus by walk. Even after this i was very positive. Even after my ask about heavy rain and management, the guide told me that you can see the vagator beach on your own. Means how? The vision was very poor then how we see the point? We called the person and asked of they can refund but i got reason of "NO REFUND POLICY". So I decided to continue the trip. In whole day, they only shown us 2 points. Augvada fort(30min) and Baga beach(5-10min) and 45min we took for lunch on 4pm. We asked the guide about next stop around 5.30then she said that trip is over and will dropping you on your destinations. "Very poor management and no schedule of trip. In my POV its just a Hype created by influencers and reels." Not suggesting anyone to go with this. Instead pay for bike/car and enjoy the Goa.

We booked north goa blue line hoho bus and enjoyed our ride. Tour guide Atul kulkarni was very helpful and He explained about the history of goa and importance of places very well. They accommodated our request to visit only a few places out of the whole itinerary. It was a hassle free option to roam north goa on a rainy day.

Ho Ho Goa is a very good service. It makes the pilgrims sightseeing and can take a 2-day package and we can also take a one-day package. North Goa is in the first day package and South Goa comes in the second day package and this is a very good and cheap way for travelers to travel and we have to spend Rs 600 for it

I was pleasantly surprised to see Hop On Hop Off facility in Goa. I decided to try it. They were extremely helpful. They were keen that I should be able to complete all points in 1 day. There is charging point near each each - which is so much needed nowadays. My suggestions - the bus needs to be less noisy and jerk-free. Secondly, there should be different charges for places to be covered beyond Panaji. Rs 300 for Panaji and even Mangeshi - you are charging very less. Also, there shud be fixed bus timings. I guess that would happen once there is more awareness about this awesome facility. It was nice to see a female bus guide in one of the buses. Hope there is a mic facility in all buses. All the best! I enjoyed the HOHO- Goa service :)

Drop facility that we had was not as expected or notified, it was a south Goa tour and no one had informed that we will have to wait throughout i.e waiting for cruise people to go and come back while we did not wanted to go for the cruise. Out of 30 around 12-15 people had not registered for the Cruise and we we told to wait for 2+hrs OR to get down at the bus stand and go by ourselves to the hotel, if such was the case we should have been informed earlier or they should have made some arrangements, we had also paid full amount for the trip!!! Also the guide Mr. Dayanand Khanolkar was horribly rude to talk and wanted to waste no time in putting all the non-cruise going people out of the bus. Also was very good in insulting people's religion or roots . Even when the driver was trying to talk politely he(mr. Dayanand) had nothing to do with any of the politeness and just didn't wanted to waste a single second. If they cannot drop people at their respective halts they must remove it from their brochures too or you should have mentioned it that south Goa + cruise is compulsory for all if you cannot manage these stuffs properly.

It's very useful if u want to see bits of goa in a hurry .. U can plan a longer tour by urself later when u are free..

Roaming with HOHO is different experience, but they dont give that open bus service to all route, after picking they will change bus that is closed not open, that you may feel surprise, the places what they have mentioned u may not cover in one day , take 2nday tour for panjim market the only place u may spend good time , 1st day museum and the beaches consumes good time others you can randomly watch it.. need to improve communication because shuttle bus don have HOHO Board, even they come near to you they don tell they are HOHO service..

Most affordable way to experience Goa .Hop on hop of bus plying between major tourist places throughout Goa . They also have double decker buses for traveling in Panjim ,the capital . They have many types of passses like one or two day of validity. You can buy these passes from their website and also their respective offices . The bus stuff were nice and the buses runs timely . Buses are equipped with ac and mobile charging points .
