Card machine was not working, nd guys we're chilling nd busy with their phones, before ordered a food they supposed to informed me card machine is not working, worrst hospitality ever in hocco eatery, but food was very good

Amazing Place for Quick Snacks and Food. Coleslaw Sandwich is a Must Try. Burger is Absolutely Amazing too. Rest Dishes are also Amazing.

I will never visit this particular Havmor anymore, my children like chocolate brownie sizzler and we always go to one of our favorite place to enjoy it but this time we have made a mistake and visited this Havmor which is next to HDFC Bank Thaltej Ahmedabad. chocolate brownie sizzler.. Was not sizzling it has less chocolate and was black not brown we have ask for extra liquid chocolate so they told us that we have to pay for it and we agrees to that.. But that cheap service person didn't pour chocolate properly also. We have order 4 chocolate brownie sizzler but he served 1 then after 5 minutes next one then 3rd after 5 minute.. I told him that we are a family and just like everyone we likes to eat together so when you are planning to bring last one.. Then service person replies that they only have 3 hot plate so after anyone of you finish eating he will bring the last one.. Last, they only accept Cash or PayTm not credit/debit cards.. I believe in giving tip/gratuity but this time I have taken all the change/small denomination also with me Don't visit this place for Sizzler chocolate brownie.. They charge 150rs + Tax for one chocolate brownie sizzler

Food is average.. service is so slow and there's one guy who is not understanding the order at all and doesn't even responding.. Just waited for half n hour and then they said this item is not available.. Major and famous items of hocco menu was not available which is so unpleasant. Every hocco outlet serves best experience except this one.. please avoid it

Icecream is decent but the way they treat customer is really not acceptable. I was there to buy icecream for my family and there was auto driver who bought family pack icecream.. he asked for a spoon along with family pack and the way he declined his request to give spoon was the first tym i saw such kind of behaviour in any shop...reason i felt bad about this incident is not all the tym u will be taking icecream to ur house may be some other where cutlery is not available so they should understand tht and not behave the way this shop does.i along with other customers requested him to give spoon but he staight away said no also auto guy told him to deduct more money even then he declined our request so i m not coming this place ever again where human being are not treated with respect..

Hygienic, choice of dessert n also in milkshakes , available fresh n tasty junk food according their charges

We have visited just now the wonderful place for light lunch. It is call "Hocco" eatery, used to be call Havmore in the past. I liked the same tasty Chanapuri with wonderful Buttermilk and Butter Rice. Our family enjoyed also Burger, Pizza, Paratha with yogurt etc. The service is very good and our host Mr Mohanbhai is very nice courteous accommodative true gentleman who made it easy for us.

Pathetic Pulav. No taste. It was frozen and even though I asked for some alterations the person at store did not inform me that they have frozen pulav from the factory. Huge blunder. It's high time Chona family should learn everything frozen does not adds glory to your name and fame. Severely disappointed
