Hobo Hostel - Backpacker Hostel in Dharamshala, Kharota - Kangra, India

I recently visited Hobo in July 22 again, first time I came here in 2020 and worked from here for a week. I can't express how great Hobo is, wonderful stay and finger licking food by Gagan.

Love the food, clean hygenic room and very Comfortable beds. View is amazing. Host is super nice. Make sure u visit even for a day. They even take you for treks if you like.

Hobo hostel is the best hostel in Dharamshala area along with beautiful and pristine views. The host and the staff make sure that all your needs are taken care of along with providing valuable tips regarding various treks and excursions. The bunks and rooms are top notch and the food is super delicious. Can't wait to go there again!

Best service, great food- First upon reaching the staff lit bonfire for us which was so nice of them. Both Gagan & Atit ji, very warm people, made our stay extremely comfortable & relaxing. Best homestay...highly recommended!

Tha place had really nice view and really tasty food. They had good speed internet connection. Theyhad a specific place near reception to enjoy and chill there with our friends and family and play games. The rooms were really clean and well maintained.

My Stay at hobo was peaceful and relaxing. The place is beautiful and The staff is warm and welcoming - felt extremely comfortable from the moment I stepped in, very patient and helpful with all the queries I had. Also, really appreciated their philosophy and their environmental friendly practices.

Sejour incroyable, merci beaucoup Atit, ancien Stewart, qui a compris beaucoup de choses en voyageant et maintenant, partage ses competences, sourire, accueil, conseils avises, sur les visites, les promenades, la maniere de retrouver son telephone egare, d'etre autonome en deplacement, il m'a trouve un scooter de qualite et a prix competitifs... De plus, repas magnifiques, nourriture bio de sa ferme, concoctes pour vous et a votre gout !

The staff were extremely nice; the location is amazing - quiet place, next to temple, 5 minutes walk from the river. I wanted to go tracking and got a private trek with one of the staff- a professional guide that took care of everything and provided me an amazing experience.
