The hans volvo bus was really nice and comfortable....in case you are less than 6feet... cleanliness was good.. booking was hassalfree...the pick up points were clearly mentioned...nd bus was on time
This one is my second bus journey for such a long route. Service and sitting areas are properly comfortable and have good space. There is also an emergency washroom/toilet behind the driver sheet but there is no option for water so you have to carry your own. Reduces one just because it takes extra time to complete the journey.
Very bad service and on the way changed the bus and driver in indaur for lucknow. No washrooms on the bus stand no seating arrangements on the bus staff. Staff is to rude and careless. Guys plz don't use hans travels in India. Worst service charger sockets also not working. Lighting is too bad. I booked tickets from hyderabad to lko directly. But in the middle of the way the indaur driver said that you have to go by another bus to lko. It's too bad it's not mentioned in tickets during booking via redbus. Today I wasted 6 hrs to get the bus for lko. Bus condition was too bad.
PATHETIC TRAVEL AGENCY AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend this travel agency if you are traveling to Indore. Firstly, we had booked two seats but they didn't even give the ticket or any receipt to us and said not to worry our tickets are booked. But on the day of journey they told us that our booking is not done and gave our seats to somebody else. Thankfully I had given the payment via online mode and had the payment receipt and the photo of ticket on my WhatsApp. Then they offered last seats to us which was so uncomfortable. We paid full price for this pathetic service. Secondly, my scooty was booked as a parcel. They ensured the safe shipment. But as soon as we unloaded the scooty, I saw they kept it in very bad condition and my scooty got dents and scratches everywhere. When we talked to the agents they didn't take any responsibility and they were very rude with us. Their agents also very rude to talk. No manners at all. In short I will not recommend this travel agnecy at all. I AM NEVER TRAVELLING IN HANS TRAVELS AGAIN IN MY LIFE. AND I WOULD SUGGEST YOU THE SAME.
I took the Amravati to the Indore bus on 28th Nov 2023 with Hans Travels, it was a horrible experience. The bus was in very bad condition, there was a gap between sliding glass windows, all rainwater pours inside the bus, we had to sleep on a wet mattress and dirty bedsheet. Amenities mentioned while booking online were not working, no reading light, no charging point, dirt toilets at mid stops. Would have given a minus 5 star rating if Google maps allows me.
Punctuality is not up to the mark , but one more thing I would like to tell is that the seat qualtiy was really great and proper space was given, quite spacious you won't feel suffocated in there as I am talking about AC bus overall pretty good
