very bad delivery experience. Delivery guy rather than delivering the chair at home, called from somewhere and when i missed the call cancelled the delivery when I was available at home the whole time. I called back and they asked for additional money for delivering the same day which I agreed as I couldn't wait for reschedule and redelivery date. When they arrived they said their delivery is till ground floor only and wont come to 3rd floor even in elevators. I paid them for this too extra. Never ordering from here again.
