The service is quite good. You don't have to wait longer for food. Plus the food served is quite good in term of serving platter. Sitting arrangement is quite comfortable. The waiters are quite responsive and well mannered.

Attended engagement ceremony at HMT. Food and service was way better in comparison to similar facilities in the area. Staff was polite, well behaved and organised. Cannot comment about rooms as did not use them. Well contained and clean resort.
Average ambience and service !!! Needs to work on quality of food .once upon a time it was the only place in ropar to hold family functions but now they have to pull up their socks to stay in the race must work on qualiity of food it is below average
Ambience at HMT restaurant is a little old, kind of 90's..they have not upgraded themselves, behavior of staff is good but the service is very slow or time taking even whe there are very less customers.... The cloths on the table should be changed.. They seems to be very old... Food is okay okay.. Over all improvement is required... For a heavy foot fall...
