Very worse situations for the patients waiting for the consultation of Dr. Nazar thazhethil , one of the busiest doctor in this hospital.... There is no enough chairs for the patients waitg out side. My mom is the patient here for past 2 years. I did complain for the same issue one year b4. Still no changes ........... U can see the situation of patients waitg in front of doctors consulting rooom from the uploaded imaage.........
Heart speciality centre in the middle states. A lot of cardiologists are available. 13 emergency CCU bed available in this hospital. Most of the Doctors are in day schedule available until around 8 pm. There are Departments of interventional cardiology, pulmonology, Gynaecology, dental care, Anesthesia, General medicine, General surgery, Orthopaedic surgery, dermatology, pediatrics, nephrology and Radiology. Their technical services are ECG, ECHO, trans esophageal echo, TMT, Holter, ambulatory BP monitoring etc.
Service is not upto the mark. It is pertinent for the management to revamp the entire HMS Hospital system - from customer care to doctors' consultation. Lack of professionalism is visible at every level. Actually, the hospital has a great potential thanks to its location. But it seems the management is not serious to explore it.
We got very bad experience from here. One of my relative admitted with 3 major blocks in heart and they did the bypass surgery 2 months ago. Now things got worse and admitted on the nearest hospital at perinthalmanna.Then the recent discovery that the blocks are still unresolved and they put one stent with poor quality. So guys don't come here.

Great hospitality. Utmost solace after their valetudinarians. Experienced doctors. Despite the fact, they could expand or upgrade more waiting chairs near the ICU unit.
Doctors are ok - But the staffs and facilities are worst . For admission don't choose this hospital Management, your hospital facilities are not worth for your charges - we never recommend anyone from our circle to your hospital , also give better training for your staffs , at least give training how to behave to the patients and bystanders. I felt the attenders are the owners of this hospital
