I was invited for interview. Being in the same field, they came to know and impressed with my ability to complete the projects with less experienced engineers having no reportable incidents and quick stabilisation. On their insistence, I explained them nitty gritty of my approach to projects They asked me about problems and I replied them with problem solving They committed to arrange my further round with MD and kept me waiting till the evening and in the evening, I was informed MD has left due to urgent work After few months, I came across a job vacancy from them copying verbatim my replies as job responsibility for their upcoming new project They knew my nitty gritty. They are getting it done with lesser experienced engineer with lesser pay package Bingo This is how they achieve their sense of belongingness and exemplary "behaviour" to their organisation

It's a best place for work. Very tide and clean plant. No local issues. Safety is our Priority. I work in this plant for 3 years. Very clean environment and good experience .

Guru Gobind Singh Refinery (GGSR) is a refinery owned by HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) a joint venture between HPCL and Mittal Energy Investment Pte Ltd, Singapore, a company owned by L N Mittal. It is located in village Phulokhari, Bathinda, Punjab, India. It is the fifth biggest refinery in India. The work for refinery started in 2008 and the refinery became operational in March 2012.Its annual capacity is 11.3 Million tons (230,000 barrels per day).It was built at a cost of $4 billion. The refinery gets its crude oil supply from Mundra, a coastal town in Gujarat, through a 1,017 km pipeline where the oil is imported from abroad.

According to company it's good but the head of the departments is worst .worst place to work.

A Big refinery area and working zone for labor, here is thousands of people working. place is famous due to big working area and a lot of working opportunity provided for working. Area is on border of Haryana and Punjab. Raman is developing due to Refinery only.
