HMC(HAYAT MEDICAL CENTRE) - Hospital in Ponnani - Malappuram, India

The lady at booking service is worst. They talk very rude and impatiently to the parients on phone. I had same experience multiple times. I just called now for booking and they are getting angry and impatient when we ask doubts. Scanning waiting area is also bad. Covered with sheet. Very difficult for pregnant ladies. The time they give while booking has no point. I was once asked to come at 1.30 pm strictly and the scanning was done at 4. Pm. The nurses and doctors are really good and polite though. Especially Dr. RajaLakshmi Dermetologist. She is very kind and patiently deal with any doubts and also prescribes very less medicine. Good results found.

The lady in reception area was really rude . And the booking service is too worst . After all that lots of mosquitoes are there . Didint have much neatness I never see a clinic like this . Really bad

I visited this centre for ultrasound scanning for my mother. Services are good . More waiting time that's convenient to me because scanning needed more time. I am not satisfied with their maintenance. The wait room for scanning area roof covered with sheet only one fan located at the starting of sheet . Cooling of fan only got the front row sitting patients.all other patients are eagerly wait for test with sweating. The feel like cooked condition in idly cooker

Good clinic with all good facilities. Availability of good doctors.

The lady who attend calls is very rude. They are getting angry to patients when we ask doubts. Very impatient. Medical services are good. But these staffs will spoil the name of the centre.

3rd class and entire unethical and unprofessional.... I came to hear one of good Gynecologist sits in the clinic and tried to book as they have noticed BOOKING ONLY THROUGH CALLS and NO DIRECT BOOKING WERE ENTERTAINED and I have been trying to get an appointment for past a week but the STAFF will keep phone a side from receiver and will book for patients who comes directly and then if there are availability then they provide appointment for callers.... First I thought this will be relied and trusted clinic but by seeing their services I hope to make appointment here no more....completely unprofessional staffs #thanks to medical facilities available in govt hospitals and their services.

I don't know why these are blaming ?? This is an absolute healthcare clinic visit for any patients. And they are having wide range of equipments and professionalism.

This modern medical facility is Ponani municipalitie's premier private centre. Hayat medical centre have all primary care and diagnostic equipments. High tech ultrasound color Doppler 3d / 4d scanner, Fuji digital X-ray, automated Lab, ECG, well stocked pharmacy etc are there. They have various op department including a dental clinic. There is a four bed observation ward and a minor OT. HMC is in Chandapadi the heart of Ponnani.
