Had a terrible experience at HLG Hospital. Admitted unnecessarily for 4 days despite a normal platelet count arround 174000. Dr. Arup Kanti Batabyal prescribed ICU, resulting in a hefty bill of Rs61,000. I heard that they insisted on a Rs70,000 bill to the insurance company, and my cashless insurance was rejected 3 times. I was forced to stay until influential contacts intervened. Don't trust this hospital--they prioritize profit over patient well-being. #BadExperience #HLGHospital

My husband was admitted to Hlg Hospital on 16/9/23. He was suffering from Dengue. He is quite ok now. We are satisfied with the treatment and service

Not delivered the service, patient party suffers a lot due to their irresponsible behavior, they tries many ways how to keep patient for more time so that swasthya bill will get high by the bed charges and all. But they Don't think how it affect Patient mentality and their health also . No one wants to stay in the hospital just because their irresponsible behavior after getting the treatment they want

The nurses their just shout at patients...my mother was admitted in ICU for two days and her condition became worse after discharge. They charged 60k for two days...for making her condition worse.

No doubt hospital and doctor are good but some staff specially nurses on night duty are careless about patient situation and their pain. They never come at night even to looked the patients. Their behave is very rude.

Very bad experience as My father admitted for a long time due to lack of management and their staff they don't work properly and Don't have any patient, just think about Making money. How to get more money from us . If you go there you will understand how the positive reviews become nothing but a big lie
