The place is great for both weight loss and lifestyle exercises. The mentor, harpreet Mam, a professional yoga instructor, is very humble and helpful. Workout includes everything - yoga, cardio exercises and dance class and a lot more. Highly recommended !

I've been practicing yoga with harpreet mam for last 25 days and i can observe noticeable difference in my body. Harpreet mam is very friendly and professional yoga instructor.Her class is fun .Apart from this her technique are different and easy to understand .Talking about the yoga studio it is spacious with calm environment and you can feel the fresh air as well. I highly recommend her.
