Dirty place , no customer services and they don't fullfill there promises don't go there this not heaven it more like hell they only need money from u and don't care about us so if you are interested in trauma go there these 5 star reviews are there own i am just a student who got scammed by these people.
It is finest hostel,...the reverence by the management is beyond. I recommend always this hostel.... As their is education realm environment... All the facilities provided by them is splendid is it food , heating arrangement or any other .... Thanks a bunch ....

I like everything I saw in Hive Heaven, rooms are very clean, very easy access to shops and public transport.... Very friendly owner... A good sized rooms and great facilites...I will be visiting often and will also recommend to friends and families.....
This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, Breakfast is good , Clean place, clean bed sheets, Airy rooms, Food quality their priority. Staff was courteous and friendly. I would like to recommend Hive Heaven hostel to all those who are looking for Hostel facility in Srinagar area.
