Rooms were well maintained and the person to assist us with if anything is required was available always. Also they had chef to get food prepared if we want to.. Overall a nice stay... Near by to main road easy to commute as well..
I don't know if the 5* reviews are real or fake, It's not worth the money, we are not satisfied at all.rooms are average. They have a cooking lady who does the cooking, not the chef(one person in the reviews said they have a chef). It's like a paying guest hostel rather than a guest house.
I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I was charged extra for a late check out without being informed in advance that this charge would be levied. I was also not informed during check-in that check out time was 10 am. I, therefore, ended up accidentally overstaying and then was charged for it. In my case it was worse because I was meant to receive change back from the hotel. However, while checking out I was rudely informed that I would not get it back. The room lacked towels and toiletries. It also lacked privacy since you could overhear everything going on outside. Overall, I expected better service based on the positive reviews posted here. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the location central.
The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault it and would definitely stay there again. Very good experience and value for money, much nicer than hotels I have stayed at in Brighton.
We have stayed at Hitech Shilparamam twice. Lovely and spacious rooms. Very friendly and hospitable staff. We were travelling with our pets and the friendliness shown by all the staffs is phenomenal. There is ample, safe and covered parking spaces available within the premise. Will look forward to stay again.

Lovely place to stay with family . We were a huge family with many kids . The host was really kind and was helpful with every request . The place was neat and they cleaned the room very well even after we made a mess . Only Con is distance to the center of the city otherwise I recommend this place for anyone with family for stay .
The food at the hotel was very good and I enjoyed it a lot. The hotel has coffee on every floor. Because I need some refreshment after a long journey. The room is also clean. Good experience.
