considering that other hotels in the area charge half the price the service was dismal. how clogged the toilet pipes were, i'd have to demonstrate... which i obviously didn't, instead kept following flush with bucket water. cleaning happened just occasionally & perfunctorily. drinking water dispenser empty half of the time. bare electric cables sticking out of walls, etc. not good enough.

The apartment is not near the town. We booked 3 bed including room the room was good.The service is good. The complementary breakfasts is nice but we ordered dinner but that was tasteless we don't even eat the food. Overall experience is nice...

It's very good apartment hotel, room is well maintained, there is no food service but they have a near by hotel providing food for the guest stays in this hotel. About Location it is far from the city, but if you have your own cabs then it's very good place to stay. Kalamaserry metro is the nearest metro railway station and from there the guest can take an auto / cab to reach this hotel.

The worst experience ever!!!! Would give zero stars. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. No one cares you in the hotel when you are in need. Stayed there for 7 nights!! Most pathetic night ever. Booking was non refundable and had to anyway stay there. Will not book it again in my entire life. Would not recommend if u book for long stays. The breakfast was not good. The whole building was stinking because of the food waste. They dont clean the room or even take the waste from the room. When asked to refill the water, they didnt turn up. No service given! Only the building is new. Nothing else is good. There is no one in the reception. I had to go and search for the receptionist in their next building and asked to refill the water multiple times. Event then, they didnt fill it.

Good service. Whenever we asked for hot water, they switch on heater. You can book rooms with breakfast like appam, noolputtu, idly..

Poorly maintained. Water quality is not good. We booked 2 bedroom +Kitchen Suite. Utensils & vessels not provided which made us unable cook for toddler.

Everything. I showed up and checked in. I paid for the room and then headed to the back parking. There was a police security guard/patrol which made me feel uneasy. They have the need to have guards like that... After I had to walk over multiple people sitting and smoking on the stairs, I entered the room and it was filthy. The only thing that looks like the pictures is the orange wall. The floors were sticky, the walls paper thin, the sheets stained, and the walls paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING! The room smelled like smoke and human stench. I only needed to stay there for a night and thought I'd just deal with the situation. After 30 minutes of constant noise and reading multiple alarming reviews that I admit I hadn't done earlier, I decided to leave. I went to the reception and showed them the pictures of the room.
