Hiranya lake is a nice spot. On the road to Ellora caves from Daultabad fort, you get a good view of this lake. However the road which actually goes near the lake is in very bad shape. The road starts just before Ghat section. Its very narrow and I'll probably recommend a small SUV car. Its not possible to make a U-turn unless you reach end of the road. There are concrete structures made on this road having stairs which go into lake. Its a good place to sit on these stairs and spend time. Lake wall is also accessible from Hiranya resort side. However, if you are willing to hike a little or if you approach lake from exactly opposite face (eastern side), its totally different experience. This lake is very tempting for Kayaking, but not sure about legal status of the same.

A nice place situated in the valley of surrounding mountains. Lot's of trekking options available from here. Beautiful place to relax.

Mombatta Lake!! This is fantastic place to visit in rainy season.
