I stayed here for 2 months. Place is very good. Room and cleanliness also pretty good. Most of the time they prepared north Indian food only. Everything is good except the food

Premium residential complex with huge highress buildings , a city in iteslf. The project is almost completed with apartments, houses and plots available for sale. It seems not yet fully occupied, and the reason could be the distance from city which certainly works against this otherwise beautiful project, like any Hiranandani park.

The location provides a lovely outlook and immaculate surroundings. They offer fully furnished serviced flats with all the utilities in the township. All in all, it's a wonderful area to live.

I had an unpleasant experience with the sales manager, Venugopal. During our interaction, his communication was disrespectful and unprofessional. He used language and tone that were derogatory, resembling the treatment of animals. I informed him that we had already discussed our concerns and came to inspect the site's progress. Unfortunately, his attitude remained discourteous throughout. This incident raises concerns about the quality of management within the organization or by the builder. It is essential for management to provide proper guidance and training to their staff to ensure respectful and professional interactions with clients. Our visit to the location involved a two-hour drive, making this experience even more disappointing.

Amazing place one of the masterpiece in chennai though it is in the outer limits of the city the place to live a pollution free environment with fabulous ambiance in all directions to own a flat or a home in the complex is like owning a property in heaven I love the surrounding and the wind sound is ultimate one expects.
