One of the worst hospitals in Thane. Unprofessional staff, rude and incompetent doctors. The whole set up is farce and looting the patients. The doctors ride on high horses as if part of AIIMS Delhi. Worst part is doctors behaviour towards their patients. Its very condescending and rude, behaving like grocery shop owner. May be all doctors are under tremendous pressure to achieve their daily targets and hence their poor behaviours.Simple avoid this hospital. There are many good hospitals in the vicinity.

Admitted for flu, doctors and all other hospital staffs were very supportive throughout our admission at hospital. They gave special diet for patient. Overall they took very good care of us during day as well as night time.

The hospital in question lacks essential policies and employs unprofessional staff at its front desk. These employees exhibit terrible behavior, often engaging in confrontations with customers collectively, fostering a hostile environment. The absence of a dedicated patient advocacy system leaves individuals with no avenue to voice their concerns. Furthermore, the billing department's are concerning, as they prioritize revenue generation over patient care. My recent emergency visit was marred by this appalling experience, highlighting the dire need for improvement in this hospital's operations. Prospective patients should exercise caution and explore alternative healthcare options, as my encounter with this institution has been overwhelmingly negative.

Very rude interaction with the hospital staff. I had a 6.30 appointment for which I got a call at 5.30 where I confirmed that I will be coming at the said time. When I reached there, the frontdesk staff said they will call the doctor now. We were then informed that the doctor has just left from Powai and we need to wait for 40-50 minutes as the doctor is stuck in traffic. Despite the confirmation call, doctor leaves for the hospital after we reach. When we went to the front desk, the lady changed her statement and said he left an hour before. When asked why didn't they let us know before, she was very impolite and disrespectful. They do not care about the patients time at all and the service is pathetic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !

Had a fantastic and effective tooth infection and root canal treatment under the watchful care of Dr. Chandrasekhar Rao Kamli. By far this is the most painless and smooth treatment I have had. Really thankful and lots of gratitude and respect to Dr. and associated staff - Deepak and Prashant :) cheers to this caring team!

1. Extra charges applied for all un nessasery test. 2. 2D echo conducted without informing relatives. 3. 26 nos. Of gloves used in a day. 4. Record maintenance charges taken and so many other charges applied. It is a looting hospital. Advised not to go. Worst experience.

Hospital located in good and clean surrounding. However rates are quite high. Even they charge extra for medicines through internal pharmacy shop. I recommend to purchase medicines from outside shops. Also take injections / vaccines outside as this hospital charges Rupess 600 just for giving it.

I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. My father underwent surgery two months ago, for which I had deposited the sum of Rs.7500 with them which was said to be refunded in a months time. The bank details to initiate refund were asked in mid May and till date I have not received my refund. I have been following up with them over a month now, calling and narrating the scenario to each of their staff members on daily basis just to hear that I will get a call back from them. Trust me, till date there was no call back or update on my case. Terrible service.
