Excellent structure, construction and facilities.. I was highly impressed with the club house... Their banquet is also very spacious.. Only problem is the approach to the banquet.. Its quite a walk.. So it becomes difficult for the elderly people to commute.. The complex can be easily spotted from a distance and is located in a very approachable area Location is good and quality or construction seems great. However, pricing is really steep for Thane market. But, if they are able to sell, who are we to complain. don't know what to say. This place is just heaven. Dream home for every person. Beautiful place. Beautifully planned. Afterall it's Hiranandani, one of the most famous builders in Mumbai. They also have one of their plan in Pawai. But overall it's a great place. If you have enough budget then Ofcourse you should go for it
