Bad customer service. Firstly, some construction is happening at the place now (Oct'21) and limited space to move around vehicles. There is a wait due to less number of staff even though they have multiple dispensing units. They are reluctant to accept card payments and we need to "inform" them before filling fuel else they will shout at us. I doubt if they accept UPI payments in this case.

BE CAREFUL DEAR FRIENDS. Beware of credit and debit cards payments. I filled 10 liters of petrol and paid by credit card Rs 775, I got a sale decline slip but amount got debited from the account and message received on mobile. Again the sales man asked me to pay the amount and swiped the credit card. Again a confirmation slip of amount debited received. I called up the HDFC BANK, amount got debited 2 times i.e Rs 775 x 2 but petrol filled 10 liters i.e for Rs 775 only. When asked about the issue, petrol pump manager/ owner said this is happening for each card payments made and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, contact your bank or our bank SBI. So in short I filled 10 liters petrol and paid for 20 litres petrol amount. Also this is the first time happening to me as I make all petrol transactions through credit card only while traveling throughout 3 to 4 States.
