Poor customer service, rude staffs, always spilling petrol carelessly and on complaining, no response as if it's their right to spill while filling. Pathetic. Better avoid such pumps.

Poor staff training!! They are dropping the fuel lid very harshly on to the body panel of the car and its is indeed scratching the paint. They need a proper training.

My car has a tank capacity of only 45 litres.. While travelling, the reserve light blinked.. N i had taken it to this filling station..maybe i have travelled around 15-20 kms in reserve, n the reserve had not been fully used.. I asked them for full tank diesel, now comes the disastrous part, they have filled my tank with 45.09 litres.Jus think, how is it practically possible. Whn my car, ford Figo diesel, 2010 model, only has a tank capacity of 45 litres. This is absolute robbery.I came to know this as i had filled full tank whn my car was in reserve..how wil normal people who fill for Rs 100 or rs 200 wil knw abt tis..

The are putting premium petrol without asking. The label is removed from the machine!
