Service needs to be improved. Boys seem to be lazy and there is no one monitoring them during rush hour.

Visited on 7/12/2022 around 5pm. I have an Activa whose petrol cap is backside (outside) and easily accessible from back. The lady asked me to get down and open the lid instead of opening themselves. So i had to leave without filling petrol and they dint bother to open even when I told they had to open it and it's their job. I want to know from the owner whether it's their bunk's policy that only customers should only open the lid? Also no one has a problem to open car lid themselves but having a problem with scootys even though we pay the same price.
