PLEASE BE AWARE...!!!! This HP petrol pump is situated near safilguda cross roads. I wish customers who come to fill their vehicle tank to be aware of this petrol pump. Sometimes they fill less than what you actually pay for the petrol. Before and while filling up the petrol tank, be vigilant and carefully look for the meter whether it was started with "0" till they fill the required litres. Once you reach your turn to fill up the petrol, the person who actually collects the money will ask you for the money. At that point ask the person who fills up the tank to wait. Either u tell the person who collects the money to wait or ask the person who fills up the tank to wait. Because, its their plan, while you just turn on your eyes here or there, the person who fills up the tank will not turn the meter to "0". Not only it happened to me but many complain about this petrol pump on this issue. PLEASE BE AWARE...!!!
I asked him to pour 369/- and gave card to him he swiped 369/-.But he poured only 259 and kept the petrol gun aside.when I asked him, I asked u to pour 369/- &you swiped 369/- and then they started arguing with me. And then the both staff again poured rest of the amount separately 110/-.This is the 3rd time it happened to me.I don't know whether it is happening in management knowledge or not kindly take the action if not I'm going to file a case in consumer court. The person who kept his hand on hip & standing at Red Scooty was done this. Thank You
safilguda petrol bunk they are cheating one person not i have seen 3 person and we ask why ur doing when filling the petrol they continue press the pump the reading going fast petrol pls don't go there petrol
understaffed always busy because only few people fill the fuel some of the hoses are unused I don't know why the only good thing is they have nitrogen air.. the fuel quality is better than other bunks i didn't see any scams in this bunk so my overall impression is its okay...
They can cheat you with diversion technique...Please Be aware of it especially when you go Alone.Asked for Rs540 petrol but he tries to start from previous count which was already at Rs101, mean while other guy tried to divert with payment.
Worst service of this petrol pump. Even though having digital payments in these days, they are denying that digital payments are not working and asking only for cash. I do not have a single drop of petrol in my Activa. Despite of my condition, they said they cannot fill petrol. Machines were also not automated. Kindly do not prefer this station.
Filling person shd be polite and listen to us and poor as per our convenience not as there confirmed figure In morning hour every one will be in rush to get it done that time they should not miss use the form,
They scam you they have sicked wrong UPI stickers in petrol pump and when you scan and pay they say money not received and ask you to scan other QR code and pay again .they are looting everyone like that be very vigilant while you fill petrol they try to fill less than you asked . And charge more. Big scammers are here. Don't fall for their cheap tricks.
