I have experienced poor and worst service with no response never seen by any agency. I booked a gas refill, but it has not been delivered. Despite this, the company claims that it has been delivered. I request HP company to take appropriate action.
Worst service. Complaints are ignored. While other agencies take 2or 3 days to deliver, this one takes 10 days. Delivery guy asks 100 extra for delivery. Bookings are automatically booked and delivered, but to someone else. You should contact multiple times for delivery. If you are lucky, it will be delivered after second attempt. If Google had 0 review option, I would've given it.
My experience with Hindustan Gas Company Gas Agency in Sai Nagar Colony, Alwal, was average. The staff was generally helpful, but there were some delays in the booking process. I received the gas cylinder within an acceptable time frame. The location of the gas agency is convenient, and they have parking facilities available for customers. Safety measures for handling gas cylinders seemed satisfactory.
This one star is also not worth for them, service is worst, no one will respond about delay service, agency is not up to the mark on their services, about three times I booked in one month, none of the delivery agent not delivered till yet, still waiting for the gas, still no food in home,u guys will responsible for my sickness. Worst service ever
Would give them less than 1 star, no proper response when approached, delivery people ask without any hesitation, infact they demand for delivery charges worst service overall, gas cylinder which is very essential thing for us, but no one at agency take charge for making honest service.
They treat customer like a slave , no response from staff even when the cylinder will be delivered and speak rude to customers and staffs are sit simply and eating
It was apleasant experience as Transfer work was completed within 15 minutes and interaction was polite
I recently applied for new connection and all formalities completed. They committed cylinder delivery on second day but till date not received. very poor service
