I admitted my mom over there for a fracture,I am totally disappointed with their service. Likewise many think they are charging less compare to many big hospital like kamtchi or kauvery but it's completely a false narrative.They are charging equalent to any big multispeciality hospital in Chennai and they give service worst than government hospital.

Don't go surgeon doctor (Sivakumar)wast of time & money He not even seen properly injury.. simply sitting in table asking about injury See some other good hospital & doctor

Doctor consultation is good. Staff & Administration is worst. Specifically lab staff.

The hospital with a difference in Chennai. This is managed by the trust of Hindu mission. They provide health care at very much affordable price. They also provide concession for the unaffordable people. So many people have supported the cause and even CSR initiatives of company have provided some fecilities.

We were new to Nanganallur area as we moved in recently.Our Baby had cold so we took her here,we were in time to see pediatrician Dr.Aruna Devi mam. She was so friendly with baby and she gave good medicines and advice with which our baby got recovered completely. Later in a week's time I had fever so i wnet there ,duty doctor was available ,took injection and medicines and i was fine in a day or two. Consulting for duty doctor is very meagre (Just 40Rs) ,only specialists consultation would cost around 250-300 . The only problem is of poor response over phone calls regarding baby vaccine enquiry,management should have seperate helpdesk for query and billing.with only 2 people billing and enquiries in person/phone would take more time.Other than that ,experience I had here is good and hope they stick on to their mantra quality treatment at affordable cost in future too improving on the drawbacks.

This is a review exclusively for the physiotherapy department of this hospital. I am writing this review not after a single visit but multiple visits to the physiotherapy department for me and my family. I used to have chronic neck pain and now I have been diagnosed by an ortho doctor for tennis elbow. So I had to go for physiotherapy session twice within the past month. Coming back to the review, the physiotherapists have been perfect in administering physiotherapy to me that the pain in my left elbow was nonexistent until the sessions were on. They also taught the right exercises to reduce the pain. Gave suggestions on what to do do and what not to do. This is the most economical and worthy place for physiotherapy in and around Nanganallur.

I had taken my second dose of vaccination at the hospital on the 15th of September 2021. The ambience was really nice, and the staff were welcoming. They have made every possible arrangements for vaccination (separate rooms, temperature check, blood pressure and oxygen monitoring and post vaccination check). The Nurse, Mrs.Elavarasi, made sure the entire process was hassle-free without any hiccups. Overall, a pleasant experience at the hospital.

The lab assistant / whoever was there in-charge of lab when i went to enquire about health packages on 18th March 2022 around 1.00 pm was rude. He had a body language / attitude as if he is working in a government hospital / government office and behaves as if he has the highest powers. I didn't like that attitude and did raised my voice and said i am not going to take any service from that hospital just because of his attitude. These guys need to learn how to talk / behave with their customers / patients.
