I visited for ENT specialist Andrew Thomas....As the doctor is in a surgery....it's usual the availability of his arrival for OP will be delayed ...The worst part is there is no communication for the patients who are waiting in the lobby outside the room...I have waited for more than 1:30 hrs and then got our appointment addressed. Andrew is doing great....there is not even a single doubt on his work and service. If there is an option to give -5*....I would have chosen for the Pharmacy department of Hindu Mission Hospital.... Please plan for 1 hour especially to fight to get the medicine from them.

She also provided me with valuable education on how to make healthy choices, which I will continue to use long after my stay at the hospital. I am so grateful for Sridevi's expertise and guidance. Just above a government hospital..need to renovate rooms ...we have taken a deluxe room @ Rs.3000 a day ..it looks very old even the cot and bed from ancient days bathroom no words to say. Only good that a frequent visits by specialists and staffs are ok too. Entry and exit process were smooth. I am sure they don't force patients for unnecessary tests in a way its good.

However, there were some areas for improvement.I received good medical care and would consider returning to this hospital in the future."

Nice consult with cardiologist. Fair environs. Two setbacks observed... 1. Hospital boasts of video consult and tele-medicine. But refuses to bring in Scheduling appointments with specialists, over telephone calls, leading to simply rejecting and sending back after given number of bookings for given day. Ever-growing crowd of patients, poorly managed. Receptionist on phone rudely and brusquely refused saying, "first come first served basis and no tele-booking of appointments " . 2. Very scarce parking and on dropping the patient at hospital, guided out to right turn through "one -way" for about 100 metres on the service lane of GST Road to Parking compound. Despite jammed service lane, excessive parking of visitors' cars on service road, no support thro Valet parking by hospital authorities. Only pleasant thing that keeps frayed tempers in control is the security personnel at parking and hospital.

Admitted in hindu mission for my father's surgery, stayed in room no: 3228, Deluxe room 2. Pros: Friendly Staffs. Doctor explains everything clearly. Good Hospitality. Good hospital to get treated for any disease. Cons: A fan to be added for the attender bed. A geyser can be attached in the bathroom for 3000 charges for the room. Mosquitoes will be a problem at night. Even though you paid one day rent for the room, when the patient goes to operation theatre you need to pay 2500 extra for the room if attender wants to stay there, which is unusual in hospital business. Overall hospital facilities are good
