1 out of 5 stars - Terrible Experience I recently had a deeply unpleasant experience at this hospital. The staff's behavior was shockingly disrespectful, and the level of service provided was abysmal. Despite being there for my father's dressing, we were left waiting at the fee counter for an excruciating 40 minutes. The accountants seemed utterly irresponsible, completely neglecting their duties. Communication within the hospital was chaotic, and no work seemed to be done on time. The staff exhibited a stunning lack of empathy toward patients and their families, making an already stressful situation even more unbearable. My attempts to address the issue were met with indifference, and there was no effort made to rectify the situation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hospital to explore other options. It's disheartening to witness such a disregard for patients' well-being.

I visited Hindalco Hospital today, the cleanliness of Hindalco Hospital was really commendable, the behavior of the staff and doctors there was very nice. Patient care approach of staff is highly appreciable. Good Team of Doctors, Nursing and Support staff. Many advanced diagnostic facilities like Mammography, CT, Perimeter, Audiometry Machine, portable X Ray, centralized Oxygen plant, Modern ICU facilities have been added. Critical care in form of ICU intensivist, staff and Advanced cardiac life support system ambulances are playing important role in handling emergency and critical patients. Staff working proactively in process improvement for better outcomes in patient care!!!!

Hindalco hospital is a good hospital with excellent service facilities. It's laboratory services and blood bank facilities are excellent. It is developing day by day. Hospital chief Dr Dutta is well behaved, most competent and very caring to the patients.

It's a great hospital with advanced equipment with experienced Doctor team:skilled staff.,super hygiene...... With familiar hospitality. Saved many life's during Pandemic... A grand salute to front line warriors

Worst experience in the emergency department... Doctors behaviour was impulsive, treats outsiders like trash , no proper medication, no quick response, have to wait hours just to get the registration

Superb set up in medical facility's in this rural area,it makes me feel proud to be a part of this hospital since 22 year's I work here.Most advanced facility's with well trained paramedical staff and experienced Doctor's tram

Treatment quality is average. Some of doctors and nurses has very bad behavior and talking manner. Some of them treats patients or their guardians like trash. They should understand that ppl in hospitals are already going through worst pain, their ill behavior can only hurt them more.. If you r human then behave like one.
