Overall Worst experience with stay and food by our Customer this week only. No maintenance at all, inside the Hotel at all.. As per this category, many facilities were missing in the Rooms - no soap, toiletry kit, kettle or other benefits. For everything, we need to fight with staff... Food is also pathetic -- no taste at all. Only location is good and outer look for photos.
My family visited this hotel yesterday We were 4 people and when we visited rooms, we saw that the towels blankets and linen were very dirty. The lights of the room were dim and the TV was not working . From the outside the place looks very beautiful but inside it was not clean the waiters very not giving water bottles
My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights during a private tour of Rajasthan. The hotel service is extremely good, everyone was very nice. The hotel was extremely quiet and has a nice pool area. Highly recommended for couples.

Lack of Basic Hospitality.... staff needs to learn corporate hospitality lessons. It's not about bonfire we are talking but your staff doesn't know how to talk with customer. Even bonfire is always there in hotel in such cold season where u were charing 1000 Rs. For just two pcs of wood. Even our mates has came to our room at 7 am for shower from another room due to non working gyser and staff is unable to help out. Even we are getting rusted water in bathroom due to old pipeline. We can even post picture here. You need to provide hospitality upto mark for charging such high room rate.
Everything was great at this hotel.. and this Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. And very kind staff and meal is very good as I expected thank you so much for this wonderful service i ever experienced
We were allotted 4 rooms through our tour packager, all 4 rooms were in very very bad condition, toilet flash not working, washbasin jam, telephone was not working for room service, no television only free channel were there. Owner was totally money oriented guy asking us for only cash payment. Total waste of money
