We had done our booking for the trip in the month of September but still we were given cheap hotels where we needed to call reception for the basic things like soap, geyser, etc. Even the food provided was not good enough due to which we were not well for few days. After the payment was done there was no response to our complaints from Himgo travelz. It was one of the worst experience. Thanks.
I booked the package from himgo travels went to lahaul spiti package last week it was very good experience. Hotel was at very good location and arrangements done by travel agency was so good. I am so happy to book the package from them. It was very nice experience.
I had planned a trip to Manali with my friends which was booked in September itself. One of the worst experiences for our group in terms of hotel booking with Himgo Travelz. Once the full payment was done - there were no update on our complaints. The food provided by the hotels was bad. Even the hotel authorities were least interested in our complaints. We needed to call hotel reception everytime for every basic things which a hotel should provide. Himgo Travelz just books cheap hotels in the name of cost cutting. Suggesting everyone to avoid Himgo Travelz anytime for the cheap hotels, no solution to customers complaints and rude behaviour. Thanks
