After trying most of the individual owned gyms in Kidwai Nagar, I went to this place at last. My experience here till now has been very great. There is a lady trainer and two male trainers, one of which is a National Level Athlete. The lady trainer is only available for the evening slot(5.30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.). Rest of the time a junior trainer is present at the place. After being visiting this place for about a month. I would say the trainers are really good at investing time in you but only if you try to initiate otherwise they would just forget. The gym has a separate room for keeping shoes as well as the same is used as a changing room for all the genders. There are some formalities you have to fulfill in order to get the admission: 1. Provide every detail. 2. Provide a photocopy of your Adhaar card. 3. If you are a minor, then provide details and number of your parents. Altogether I would say the place is really great for sending your kid their. The gym is on the ground floor and the place is really safe for girls and boys.
