I was a trainee here for half a year and I knew Himashu ji for a long time he is a dedicated person and tries to reach every client personally but sometimes having so much clients comes at a cost and he couldn't pay attention to every single person.
Overall great gym , need to work on some aspects and All the best for the future.
The gym owner not giving any instructions to the person who join the gym.
Their trainers are busy in some other work

And also they gave tablets to people for loosing the weight
All things are fake they just show that people who loose weight by not taking food and taking tablets.
But that person who leave the hfc can anyone check the record of that .
Some person is permanent just because they just focus on personal training
Other their are lot of negative things

Most unique quality about HFC is cardio and aerobic session. Unlike other gym you'll enjoy the gym, & you'll not feel but you are going to do more workout than any other days bcoz of motivating and happy environment.
I'm going since 2018 and I always feel more exciting and energetic after gym.
Been here for more than 10 months now. Have a good experience. The trainer give attention to everyone and the cardio session is one of the best in the town. I would recommend everyone to at least try out the demo class you yourself will see the difference

I trained here for 1 month
First 2 3 days himanshu be like
Aao apko y kraye ao apko wo kraye
And after that whenever I approached him after giving fees he be like go n ask trainers and trainers are so good they don't even know the exercise by name
Go and forget your worries related to health & fitness. Just be consistent and the HFC team will take care of all your dietary, flexibility, fitness, body-weight related concerns. I stand for HFC on the basis of my own experience. :)
