The staff were very helpful. I was traveling solo and Ravi even helped me with making travel plans and planning my itinerary. They let me borrow biker jacket, gloves, helmet, knee pads and rain boots for no extra cost. I rented a RE Himalayan for 3 days and the bike was in great condition. No hassle with staff or bike. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is visiting or planning to do a road trip.

Booked a bike for 7 days. 1. Rates r reasonable 2. Bike was in good condition 3. Owner behaviour is good However, i found them careless in business operations 1. They literally wasted my 2.5 hours because bike's battery was dead and they took 2.5 hours to replace it with a new one. Because of which , my day 1 plan was ruined.( I had asked him in advance to keep my bike ready, still faced such issue) 2. The bike's tyre had very less air and i had to search of air pump in the city which again wasted my time on 1st day 3. While returning my bike, owner was out of town and his subordinate didn't have enough money to give back my deposit. Again more than 1 hour wasted. Was on the verge of missing my flight. My suggestion to owner - pls be mindful to not waste tourist's or travellers time. Such instances deeply impact our choices in future
On 10th Oct 2021, I rent a Himalaya, for Shillong tour, the motor cycle was in very good condition, no complaints at all, i had ride three days. My tour was successfully concluded. The owner is a good man.
Service is good, except that the Classics are not maintained well and had lot of issues on the way. Had we not had a mechanic with us, it would have been horrible (mechanic costed us a bomb too). Charged 1500 per day for mechanic, which is way too high. Himalayan were in good shape.
