My friend Abdul Bashir has an enormous knowledge about pashmina shawls, whether they are plain, fabulously embroidered or even woven in the rare kani technique. Abdul is constantly discussing new patterns, new colors as well as researching and bringing a modern twist to old textiles with his skilled stitchers. The quality is impeccable and the whole staff is very dedicated to show all these textile beauties! I cherish my collection and love wrapping them around my shoulders!

Mr. Abdul Bashir, the owner of the store is one of the humblest, he not only educated about the term & myths connected with Pashmina but also showed us the variety of products lie down under the Pashmina category! The store has much more to offer depending on your budget. I'd highly recommend if you are in Leh, go to the store & simply listen to store if he's educating about the varieties of his products, it won't cost you, it'll only educated you.
