Building is quite old... But still worth it because of its view. You can clearly see Sabaramti Riverfront from the balcony.

Good residential place, on the riverfront. But now a days, the street is much busy and causes traffic jams. But it's a residential place.

Location is prime but society is too old. 2 star only for location but for home or society ...I give zero.

My pleasure to be with real home and perfect social activities. Jsk

Very i Ild society but very near to sabermati river.

Because it's mother place of my wife
