Best hotel to stay with beautiful views of lake and sky kissing buildings. The room which I have state is very spacious. you will get snacks near about the lake area in a very reasonable price and just next to the hotel there is a restaurant which sales food in very reasonable price. So you don't need to worry about your food. The hotel person is very good in behaviour. Even my room has a small balcony and the views of high raising buildings.

It was a great stay but u cant say wow for it. Rooms are good but there are moisture every time in washroom. Service is not good after calling 10 times they give u the things. Nice location with lake view.

Nice hotel especially for couples. There's no restriction regarding outdoor food or alcohol. Very neat and clean room and bathroom and friendly staff. Location is a bit inside in sector v. Having own bike will be good but with the map one can reach easily. Location is quite perfect with lake view.

Small Room, Service not up to mark you have to knock. If you have a then book this Hotel otherwise you will face a big problem for transportation. OLA, Taxi service not available here. Only two thing is good 1. Outside view is well 2. Beside Restaurant is good.

Hotel was clean, my room was beautiful and some stuff were helpful also..But be careful about food payment. They have tried to cheat me and tried to skip the CCTV footage also of my payment but I showed them the proof that I have paid my food bill.. if possible pay after each food order and please note down the amount you have paid for your order! I was really happy initially to get the beautiful room but seriously very disappointed with their behaviour. One more suggestion for future visitors please order your food before 1 hour cause everything related to food in this hotel is very frustrating!

Rooms are small but good. Initially staff behaviour was good. When we asked them to change room (first room was dark) they complied. However on checkout day we asked them to give us some time to checkout but they told us to hurry up ,rudely. Also they gave us an excuse that the room was booked already contributing to a lot of trouble in vacating the room.

Nice budget place for staying in Kolkata. Many rooms available here, you can stay here with your family or with your friends. Nearby hotels, tea shops, grocery shops are available. There is a lake beside it. You can enjoy your afternoon with your favourite one here. Newtown is very near from this hotel. Rooms are not clean properly but nice for 2-3 days stay. Hotel reception behaviour hotel boy behaviour is pleasent. By the way thanks for helping for ground floor room. You can book this hotel in make my trip or oyo rooms. Price is affordable and pocket friendly. I get it at only 700/- per night for 3 person. The rooms are small, it is a big problem of this hotel. But at the end of the day i am fully satisfied with this stay from make my trip.

The condition of the room was not very good.. Just a compromise with your personal hygiene.. Do not expect much.. just politely ask for something you want. Thr staff was cooperative but you may not expect them to resolve any of your issues in the midnight. The staff can be trusted. Dont forget your keys inside your room, the staff doesn't have master keys.
