Really good bakery items - best banana chips in town (they make them thin and fresh), unniappam, and many other items.
Such a pathetic customer service. On enquiring about a product price this old guy started stating remarks on price standard. Like if you want good product you will have to pay money. Only people willing to pay comes to this bakery. It has come to a level where it was felt rude and irritating. We left the shop immediately after that. Never coming here back. Just a advise if you have good product make sure to sell good customer service as well to maintain the standard of shop.

Ordered a Red velvet cake for grandfather's 80th birthday. Was very disappointed to discover that the cake was of such poor quality and tooo much cream. No taste of Red velvet recipe. One of the guests asked if it was a Strawberry cake.
When confronted, the manager said this won't be logged as a complaint because it is their recipe of too much sour wnd too much sweet. By the way the cake was pink in color. Staff was ignorant and very rude over the phone.
They have a variety in snacks, especially their baked goods are too good. A bit pricy but you can feel the quality.
Good. High quality products at reasonable price. I visited their more than twice. Staffs are good supportive.

Visited to purchase chips and other items to take it to Bangalore, banana chips were fresh and tasty, they have a variety of halva, ladu and other items, staffs are very nice, chakka varatti is also available here.
Found out about Bijoyaas recently. Ordered the trending dream cake, and it was the yummiest cake I have ever had. Exceptional service Looking forward for more such amazing cakes
