In APR-2023, My mother spent 8000 rs in one suit where 5000 was price of suit +3000 stitching at Pathankot store. It was suggested that the suit will be designer but when we saw the suit it was lower than our expectation and per our beforehand discussion with them. When we discussed all the issue and our expectation with the lady owner and as we already spent huge, we were sharing our concern with due respect. However, the lady so so rude that she said the why are you explaining the topic again and again (really? we spent 8000). Though they have designer suits but they don't have manners to speek with the customer and no patience in listening the customer's concern. Also we purchased the suits one month earlier in beginning of April and due date was given as 30-apr-2023 but we received it on 2 may . The second suit ( which already mentioned the due date of 30-apr by them in price tag) was not even touched and they kept on saying that they will given in 2 days when it was already delayed then we picked up our suit from nurpur store in second week of May which was untouched/ unstitched So, firstly they say that they need time, minimum one month. If customer gives them time of a month, still the suit is not given in promised date. Secondly they don't even bother that the suit is already delayed i.e.crosssed one month then another 10 days time is given and we got unstitched suit back. I could have given -ve rating if Google had it. I have seen a number of boutiques but this is the first time i came across where the owner behaves rude as if we are her employees or slaves. This is the last time we purchased from their store and i have already shared this experience with my near and dear ones. ****Please respect the customers and have some patience in listening to the customer's concern**

It is situated in Baud Village on main highway. So if you're looking for some so I'll suggest you to make a stop by and have a look on their collections.

Overall a good shop for woolen and warm clothes.

One of the best shop in the Nurpur region. In other words no one match the standard they have. Suits material is really very good. Plenty of options are available. They have in-house facility of stitching also. Staff is very cooperative. Situated on the roadside of main highway. One can easily notice it. Prices are very reasonable. Occasionally you can get discounted items based on the company's scheme.

I bought winter as well as summer suits from Himachal Shawls Emporium and I love those suits. I had on-line shopping but they were more beautiful than the pic.
