I went on Ladakh tour with Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism. Amit Kumar Lamba was the tour manager. He organized the tour very well. Our hotels were very well provided and the food was also good. All in all what we were given in the tour was sufficient for me at least in this budget.

We selected Himachal Pradesh helpline tourism Company for our 6 family members' group customized tour for Leh-Ladakh and Kashmir. We traveled from 23-10-2023 to 05-11 -2023, 13 days and 12 nights. Mr.Narinder Bhai planned our customized tour as per our requirements. He planned and mange the complete tour above our expectations and provided excellent support during the tour. He is 24x7 ready to guide us and provided immediate solutions if any issues. He picked up the call even at midnight 2 AM also. He provided Tempo Taveras even for 6 people from Chandigarh to Leh and Leh to Srinagar. We want to experience bike riding from Leh to Nubra Valley to Turtuk to Pangong Lake to Leh (Approx. a total of 750 KM) for 5 days. He arranged 2 bikes plus one Innova as a bake-up vehicle for these 5 days and sent one tour guide cum mechanical supporter cum pilot rider with his bike. Mr. Rahim is our pilot rider on the bike and he also provided very good support he is very frank during the tour so that we can enjoy it much. Rahim was taking all the safety measures during the guided bike riding. As we know a very small accident also spoils our total tour but they are taking care of all the small things so that such type of issues do not happen to us. I appreciate their choice of hotels for accommodation and they provided very good hotels at each place. He also inquired with us after checked-in the hotel and asked for our comfort. Mr. Narinder bhai thank you so much to provide us with excellent support to memorable this tour for all of us. Finally, once you will meet Mr. Narinder bhai, you feel like he is a part of your group and all your worries will be converted into happiness in my opinion. Once again thanks Narinder bhai.

Good Experience Overall ; The most attractive part was their Driver , namely "Coco Bhai" who gave us a very good experience and his behaviour was what made the trip remembering. I had chose the utmost Gold Plan of theirs ; the hotels we were given where "Okay" according to the Plan I had chosen ( PS:- Could have been bettter)

One word i want to say about my trip with Himachal Pradesh helpline tourism "VALUE FOR MONEY" . We had a family trip and it was fantastic. Very good memorable trip. Trip was very well organized and all the accommodation was awesome and very good ambience. Trip was very well planned. Great transportation with a knowledge able car Shuffler .
