Unfortunately, I had an unsatisfactory interaction with your Manager, whose conduct lacked the expected standards of ethics and hospitality essential in a resort environment. This experience highlighted an area where improvements in guest relations could greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors. On a brighter note, I am genuinely impressed by the potential of him River Resort. In fact, my purpose for reaching out extends beyond this feedback.I hope this feedback are received with an eye toward constructive enhancement and collaboration. Your attention to these matters is sincerely appreciated.

We had a comfortable stay. Food is awesome . Services and hospitality good. Owner and manager and staff are trouble shooter. Him River Resort is practically river view resort We felt peace because space is wide and open.

Love the view, location, environment, vibe, staff, service . Love the mud house just washrooms could have been more cleaner and organised. Overall this is an amazing location to plan your trip, must visit if you want a peaceful and a wonderful trip with your family, friends or loved ones.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful riverside resort in Rishikesh and I must say it was an absolute delight. The resort is situated in a serene location, right by the glistening Ganges river, which provides a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-furnished, with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The resort also offers a range of activities like yoga, meditation and adventure sports, which added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Rishikesh. It's the perfect place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate.

Its a little difficult to reach this place but once you get there, you'd be amazed by the peace n tranquility it offers. Take the standard river view room n enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The staff is very courteous and food was reasonably good too. Book a cab for reaching there and visiting other places in rishikesh.

Very pathetic experience. Our family went for fun but the manager and their staff are so rude. We were having fun and he walked in and switched off our speaker gadget. He was a drunk man and we literally felt so unsecured in an isolated place. Approach to property is not smooth, which further threatens us. Not recommended at all for the couples or small group for safety reasons. Food was good but the service was pathetic. They can't even provide tea on order if it is tea time according to them. So basically, you can eat and drink as per their rules. Your appetite, hardly matters. REPLY: FYI- this happened on the day 2 otherwise we would've left your property on the day 1 itself. I don't have time to give clarification to each point. We are posting this to save our fellow travel from the drunken rude man and be prepared on what may come their way on the recreation to Him River. And I am sure, they can judge you by the kind of reply you have posted. Thanks for giving proof of your hospitality

Had an amazing 2 nights stay in the mudhouses. Property is just beside a flowing river where you can spend the day relaxing in the water. Food was quite good. Rooms were well maintained with the basic facilities. Kids friendly. We enjoyed a lot playing with the puppies in the resort! Staff was very cooperative and polite. Only challange was the steep road leading to the resort but they had parking facility too. Overall a wonderful stay.
