Breakfast buffet is good but these days the executive lounge is only open for a few hours of an evening. Service is good and staff are polite but everything seems a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Still a good option for Jaipur. Thanks sammer and Mr. Piyush from IT department

Today we celebrated our marriage anniversary at hotel hilton. The food was excellent. Service of excellent. Very tasty food. Thanks to restaurant manage, Chef and complete staff of the hotel. Should visit once to enjoy the experience.
The hospitality at Hilton Jaipur, can't really be conveyed in words. I guess it's true that haven't previously experienced 5 star hospitality. Highly recommended.
Out all of the hotels that I stayed while in India I'll say this was the worst experience. The rooms were cleaned and that was the only positive note. Went for dinner paid $25us for each adult and the food was just not good. They have way too many deserts and not enough food variety or options. Then we tried the breakfast to see if it was better and it was not. Complained to management and there was not action taken and still got charged for both meals that ended up not eating because it was just not good... I always try to stay at Hilton and I can say that this hotel was not a 5 start service hotel as indicated for this location. Management didn't make things better either. In my experience as far a 5 star while staying in the country crowne plaza and Hyatt are definitely to those standards if you want to make sure you are staying at 5 star and paying for one.
Rooms ok, food in the main restaurant very veggie based with only a few non vegetarian options, the roof top bar has a dress code, no shorts chaps. Room service a bit iffy. All in all could do better.
Awesome hotel, services are very good, location is near civil lines, on the main road, big hall for party of business meeting available. Overall one of the best property in the Heart of the Pink City.
Its our first time visiting HILTON Jaipur, and our experience was wonderful and amazing. All the team members are really good, cooperative and humble. We will definitely visit them again in future for more days. Highly Recommend this stay to everyone
